5-Drawing process

  • I will be sending updates every step of the way and I will try to wait as much as I can for feedback before continuing to the next step to assure everything is according to the client's liking

  • If the client takes too long to respond (Tolerance of 1–2 hours), I will keep going with the drawing to ensure I can keep up with my deadlines and avoid delays on other client's orders

  • Medium or large revisions can only be made while at the sketch phase of the drawing. Small revisions can be made once at the lineart phase. Once initial colors and shading is done, only revisions regarding the colors can be made

  • The client can pay extra to have revisions made outside the rules stated above

  • If a client wishes for constant revisions to the point where it delays the drawing process, it should be communicated to me beforehand so I can charge for that additional time that will be spent on the drawing (Meant for clients who have a very specific and clear vision that may require multiple revisions and multiple days of work)

  • If the client says they want an alternative version after the drawing has been started, they may be charged an additional fee.

  • It is up to the artist and the client to decide what consists of a full, large, medium or minor change.

  • The client can pay extra to have revisions made outside their due stage

7-Usage of the drawings ordered:

  • You are free to use the image in whatever way you prefer as long as credit is given appropriately

  • I may use the images on posts or include them on my portfolio unless the client states otherwise

  • We encourage our clients to post our works on their socials as long as proper credit is given. Also, if they wish to be credited when we post the drawing on our socials, they can give us their @

8-Extra bits:

  • We encourage our clients to send us feedback once the drawing is done, be it positive or negative. We always look to improve our art and our service

  • When making an order, we ask that the clients organize the information about they want from the drawing as clearly and concisely as possible to avoid mistakes

  • If the client doesn’t send any references regarding poses or physical features of the character, we are free to exercise our creative liberty on those elements.

That is all!
By commissioning me, you agree with all the terms stated above and confirm that you have read them thoroughly.
